Partner visa same day application

I am new to this board. I need a bit of help on my application flrm form. I have 1 kid from my previous relationship but just had a new born with my existing relationship. My partner is british citizen. When filling flrm application form I realised there is a question where I need to write about my dependants applying with me including the ones who are not applying with me. I am making a same day single application. I will apply for my dependant later on when I will have his passport back from home office. But there is a slight problem which is : on new born baby's birth certificate only mothers name is written not mine because I was not available to sign.secondly new born baby's birth certificate and my partners origional passport is with uk passport office for baby's first passport. I know homeoffice has asked for birth certificates of all dependants subject to immigration control or not as well as partners origional passport but I do not have these docs with me.will it be a problem if I turn up to same day appointment without these documents ????
Any help and support will be much appreciated.

If not every box can be ticked with 100% certainty a PEO app will be sent to the postal pile with all the others and you'll sent away to wait and waste the premium you paid.

Thank you. But the documents missing are with passport office. .and secondly will it be be a problem if my name is not appearing on new born baby's birth certificate ???

You can get copies of the Birth Certs from the GRO (that might be Scotland tho - check) otherwise if you don't have the docs don't apply in person, you'll be waiting your money.

Ok I can get the copies it's not an issue. What about my name on the birth certificate .... will that be an issue for them ?
