Tier 2 General Dependant Visa When License suspended

Hi,

I am on Tier-2 general visa and my employer license has been suspended in and around July 2014 and they have appealed against the decision and they are waiting for the response since 2 months and my employer is not sure when will the decision come.

Now my main problem is i want to bring my family who are in India.As my employer told me that i can't bring my family on current employer license as UKBA will not process the application if i apply when the license is in suspend state. Is it true that i can't apply or can i apply visa for family?

What are the options i have?

1)Should i switch to new sponsor and apply for new application with in the UK and then apply for dependant for my family?

Are there any problems in this?

2) Is it possible to bring them on Visiting visa and later when my employer license reinstated can i switch them into Tier 2 dependant visa while staying with in UK?

Your employer is correct. Until their license is suspended you cant give application for your dependents.

Yes there is no problem in you switching to a new employer and then applying for your dependents.

You can call them on visitor visa. But I will say dont do this. The purpose of their travel is not tourism. Also if they are in UK on visitor visa they can not switch to Tier 2 dependent inside UK. They have to go back to Home country and apply from there.

Just to add to above. My Fiance wants to visit me for couple of months, which Visa would be suitable for her?
