Post by cpvrs » Tue Nov 11, 2014 7:38 am

Hi,

I have an ILR obtained using Tier 2 ICT 5 year route in September 2013.

My wife and kid have Tier 2 ICT Long Term Staff Partner and Child VISA till Dec 2014 (they were not required to change visa after my visa change to ILR hence they stayed with the same visa).

My wife's stay in UK
1. Entered UK in March 2012 stayed till October 2012 (7 months)
2. Came back on October 2013 and stayed till June 2014 (8 months)
3. Came back in Nov 2014 and VISA expires in Dec 2014 (1 month)
My Kid'stay in UK
1. Entered UK in October 2013 and stayed till June 2014 (8 months)
2. Came back in Nov 2014 and VISA expires in Dec 2014 (1 month)

Can you please advice on what is the VISA type i need to apply for them to extend their stay?

Regards,
CP

ILR Dependent VISA Extension - FLR (M)?

Hi,

I have an ILR obtained using Tier 2 ICT 5 year route in September 2013.

My wife and kid have Tier 2 ICT Long Term Staff Partner and Child VISA till Dec 2014 (they were not required to change visa after my ILR hence they stayed with the same visa).

If it is FLR (M) then
1. do I need to make 2 separate applications one for my wife and one for my kid?
2. or one application for my wife and include the kid's details in section 4?
3. If is one application as above then for PEO service do I need to pay for one application (£1001) or two applicants (£2002)?

Regards,
CP

Note that switching to FLR(M) will reset their qualifying period for SET(M). They may extend instead.

However, I also think that they may apply for SET(O).

Hi Vinny,

Thanks for your response.
My wife didn't complete 2 years stay in UK.

If it is FLR (M) then
1. do I need to make 2 separate applications one for my wife and one for my kid?
2. or one application for my wife and include the kid's details in section 4?

1. No.
2. Yes (5-year route, Appendix FM-SE, Guidance).
3. Fees are specified on the form, depending on the number of people applying. Extra fee for premium service. They may have to make two bookings, with associated fees, I'm not sure.
