Post by PoppyJames77 » Tue Nov 11, 2014 2:53 pm

Hello,

My husband is from Moldova and has a" Spouse Visa on a EEA person" (I am French).

We are always traveling together but can he actually travels without me ?( going back to UK where we live)

Thank you.

He sure can travel without you, it all depend on where he is going, if he is going to an EU country he will need a visa to go there. As to enter the UK , he should expect some few questions about you at the immigration desk, they just want to know if you live in the UK.
GOD BLESS!!!

Thank you for your prompt answer,

Just to confirm, It shouldn't be a problem If we go together in France for Christmas and he goes back earlier without me to the UK?

Regards.

Speaking from experience, no problem at all!!! They may ask him where you are, he will just have to tell them that you were in France together and you decided to stay few days more or reply by just playing dumb with answer like she lives and work in the uk!! which is the truth anyway
GOD BLESS!!!
