I am not sure they will qualify for Entry Clearance.

The law require them to be in the UK with you inorder to qualify .

Does not seem to make much sense, but that is what it states.

This section tells you how to consider applications for entry clearance or leave to remain from family members of Turkish employed workers.

Excellent vinny.

I thought there must be a provision surely, that gives effect to Article 7 of the Ankara agreement, but it was no where to be found in the immigration rules.

The guidance seem pretty vague.

It says treat them as dependent of PBS migrant. There is no EC endorcement for them.

To what extent are they to be treated as dependent of PBS migrant, do they have to meet the same financial and maintenance requirement.

utter rubbish.

Under what provision was the ILR granted?
