can i stay as self employed instead of PAYE under Tier-2

Hi I am current in UK under Tier-2 General visa. can I work with same sponsored company as self employed? same company, same job, same salary. its just instead of the company paying the tax in PAYE I want to pay the tax as self employed. Is it possible? please help with your advice.
