Eligible for ILR

Hi All,

Please find my visa history below. In summary I have continuous visa from 08/11/2009 on Tier 2 ICT. Could you please let me know if I am eligible for ILR now?

Details of my complete visa are as follows and I went out of country only 90 days in 5 years

a) Work Permit (Issued in India)-Sponsor 1 - Validity (14/09/2009 - 07/09/2010) -
b) Tier 2 ICT EST STAFF extended in UK for 2 years - Validity (24/09/2010 - 09/09/2012)
C) Tier 2 ICT Long Term extended in UK for 2 years - Validity (13/09/2012 - 09/09/2014)
D) Tier 2 ICT Long Term extended in UK for 2 years - Validity (25/09/2014 - 23/09/2016)

absences cannot be for more than 180 days in any 12 month period counting back from the date you apply for ILR. Assuming you have no lengthy absence, you are good to go!

thank you for your quick response and I am out side UK only 90 day's in last 5 years. I was not aware why company changed my visa from ICT Tier 2 EST Staff to ICT Tier 2 Long Term hence got this doubt.

They didn't change it. The category ceased to exist.
