If I file an FLRO because my college was suspended and I need a few weeks to get my new CAS from the Uni. where I will do a PhD, can I vary the FLRO application if it is still pending?
My visa has expired on Nov. 4. I was just told by a lawyer that you cant change the application once the FLRO is pending or refused.
I was told by other lawyers that you can vary the application once you get the CAS.
Has anyone had any actual experience with this? It seems it's all hearsay- but I need to know if it has been done successfully.
I have heard the only time you can vary it is if you are applying for ILR; then they may consider it.
