Visa extension Tier2

Hi Guys

I would like to discuss the about my visa extension.
I worked for the company from February 2006 and received the sponsorship from 2011.
The current SOC code I used is 3541 Purchase Officer.
I believed that I will need to use a new code from level 6. Does it mean the company need to meet the RLMT again?

I have no idea how should I do now?
Any suggestion?
