Change of Sponsor - New sponsor start date

Hi

Can I start working for my new sponsor couple of days before my current sponsor cancels the previous sponsorship?

I have already got my new visa with the new sponsor just waiting for my notice period to finish.

You earliest you can start is on the date that was mentioned in the CoS. Not before that!

Just to add, it does not depend on the notice period completion. That's purely between you and your employer and nothing to do with UKVI.
