ILR Application, COS issued in Apr2010

Hello,

My Tier 2 ICT COS was issue on 07-Apr-2010 and its start date is 13-Apr-2010. My visa was issued in May 2010 and I landed on 22-May-2010 in UK.
My visa is extended trice and it is valid until 12-Apr-2015. I was only 25 days out of UK since May-2010.
My queries:-
1) Am I eligible for ILR?
2) If yes when I can apply it?

1. No. Your visa had to be applied for before 6 April, 2010. The date of issue of the CoS is not relevant. You can switch into Tier 2 General with a new employer. It would start your clock for ILR. You would need 5 years in T2G.
