Tier 2 Croatian national sponsorship, help with process

Good day,

I would like to ask you for help in my situation.
I am a Croatian national and have been offered a job in UK with a big company.
Unfortunately we have encountered problem because they've used all of their sponsorships for this year.
I've been looking on the internet and I am aware about allocation of cos.
I would like to know what does my company need to do? Since I'm Croatian and they've used all of their sponsorship do they need to apply for restricted or unrestricted cos?
Can someone please describe in short the process of obtaining cos for Croatian nationals?

If the company doesn't have an unrestricted CoS available for 2014/15 they can apply online via the SMS for an increase in their allocation. This process shouldn't take longer than about 2 weeks but it can be shorter. Once the allocation has been received they can assign a CoS to you immediately.
