Changing sponser on tier2 general visa

Hi,

I'm currently with the tier2 general visa and i'm not happy with the visa sponsor(employer) and want to change sponsor, the company which i work as a contractor(through my visa sponsor) also has the licence to sponsor tier2 and they are ready to sponsor me the visa

can I transfer my sponser? if yes does my new sponsor have to show that there is a job vacancy from last 3 months?

do we still have to show the job vacancy as i'm already working for them?
