ILR application based on UPV

I have an appointment to apply for ILR at Croydon PEO on 12th September.

I am currently on UPV issued 13th September 2005, entering the UK on 14th September 2005. This means I will be 2 days short of the required 2 years stay when I apply on 12th September. Is this a problem?

The application could have been made any time from 28 days before the 2nd anniversary of your date of entering the UK, so clearly applying on 12.09.07 is not a problem.
