if you submit your own bank statement, it is for SURE that it will be rejected. Do not submit the applicaiton if the funds go down even for a day.
On the other hand, you can use your wife's statement without any problem. Only thing u need to be sure of is that it covering 3 months and is not older than 28 days.

Maybe I didn't explained it clearly, on my wife's side her proof of funds are complete, only for her, that's excluding mine.

£630 Needed for dependent's funds.

Any chances that UK VISA will allow this? I have 2000pounds already in my account.

I completely agree with iworker don't risk it I have a friend whose visa was rejected because for a difference in £5 for 2 days after the conversion rate. So there is no grace period especially now when UKVI is looking for reasons to reject applications. You are serving it in silver platter.

You can either wait for 90 days with the full amount in personal/wife's account.
If your wife is sponsor by A rated sponsor you can ask them to provide a proof maintenance letter for you only if they have done the same on your wife present COS.
If you have the proof from your wife’s employer then you can use the amount in your account together as additional information on funding.
