Tier2 sponsorship revoked and re-instated--- manci pls help

Hi ,

My employer tier2 sponsorship was suspended and he went to court and he got back the license. He showed the letter from jury that the sponsorship should be re-instated in 28 days. It is nearly three weeks still it is not listed. will it take time to get listed once the sponsorship is re-instated.

you are allowed to carry on working while your sponsor's licence is suspended. See para 240 in the T2 policy guidance

Thanks. After court giving the re-instation order will it take time to get listed back on the sponsor list???

Any one had this experience. Pls share !!!!
