Change of Sponsor while Senior Job title is not under SOL

Dear Manci & other GURU's

I received my Tier 2 General in Dec 2011 under Shortage Occupation List(SOL).I was granted visa for Approx 3 years till Sep 2015.
After 2 years job under shortage occupation list occupation as Specialty Doctor i have been offered a job as Consultant with another sponsor.

The new Job Title is not under Shortage Occupation list(SOL) where as its Specialty Doctor Title is still under Shortage Occupation List .

My questions are

Q.1 Can you please confirm what benefits i will loose if i am not under Shortage Occupation List in New job ?I know the fee is less for shortage occupation list applicant. But please confirm if any other benefit i will loose?

The new sponsor did RLMT and now i will be issued COS in next few days for new job.After obtaining new COS i will apply for 5 years visa (Probably i will be granted 3 years and 10 months on that) as i already spend 2 years and 2 months to make it 6 years under Tier 2 General

Q. 2 Can i apply for ILR after completing 5 years in UK under these 2 job sponsors as my salary will be above £38000 ?

Q. 3. Will my new COS (Without Shortage occupation list) will create any issue at the time of ILR or any other consequences if any please ?

Q. 4. I have 3 dependents having there visa valid till Sep 2015 (under old Job) can they stay on that visa till sep 2015 and then i apply for them later or i have to apply for them along with me while changing the Sponsor right now?

as you entered Tier 2 after April 2011 the 6 year cap applies

yes, provided the other requirements are also met

no

they should apply before their visas expire, no need to apply now

Q: If the main applicant Visa get canceled due to shift to new then i have heard that dependents visa will also get revoked automatically. where as you have mentioned that dependents can apply later in September 2015 once there visa expired where as main applicant visa will already get canceled with old sponsor and main applicant will be working with new Sponsor with new Visa.

The dependent visa is not linked to the sponsor only the main applicant's is.

Please confirm.
