no complexities .. over 9months , still pending...
In a simple meaning: ur application is still under scrutinyemmanueljames wrote:Hi Plas, I got a reply by email today from INIS; Please read below for the reply:
Hi
Your application continues to be processed with a view to establishing
whether it meets the statutory conditions for the granting of
naturalisation, such as good character and lawful residence, and will be
submitted to the Minister for decision as expeditiously as possible.
It is recognised that all applicants for citizenship would wish to have a
decision on their application without delay. As well as being a
significant event in the life of the recipient, the granting of Irish
citizenship through naturalisation as provided for in law is also a major
step for the State which confers certain rights and entitlements not only
within the State but also at European Union level and it is important that
appropriate procedures are in place to preserve the integrity of the
process.

Please can someone with experience explain what does this contest mean and when would my file likely to leave this stage to the Minister? Please help with a Genuine answer. Thanks
to be honest with you, this means that no garda reports have returned yet (or returned but not checked yet - queuing).. which means it is still in 2nd stage and next step (god know when) will be compiling the application for minister (if they are happy that you ticked all boxes).. my suggestion is to insist on a more transparent / precise location of your application as this shows they are still in early stages and you highly unlikely to get something soonemmanueljames wrote:Hi Plas, I got a reply by email today from INIS; Please read below for the reply:

Darr81 - you applied in may 1st, and pretty much 95% of last approvals are for ppl who applied until mid of july, which means the 2nd round of approvals have skipped you.. you certainly should feel concerned and start to wake them up on your application..Darr81 wrote:nothing for me today. its getting annoyed now,and i know that few members on this forum had applied long before me,but Its not the waiting period, its their" waiting for agency reports" response gets me.
Let me clarify:emmanueljames wrote:@ banana, you are getting it all wrong. I have already passed the second stage. My gardai vetting came in in october, so they requested for more documents in October, which my solicitor had sent to them. So am just waiting for their feed back. So they email me now that is in processing
thats no problem.. they are trust worthy and its highly unlikely to be lost by mail unless it was noticeable to contain money but still they cant cash it and you still can refund it/stop it if you believe it havent arrived to them (contact them in 2 days to check)mrjayjay wrote:Hello To Everyone,
