Tier 2 General Indefinite Leave to Remain

Post by chefi » Mon Dec 01, 2014 9:31 pm

Hi,

I got my Tier 2 General visa on 28th June 2010 when I was a Chef De Partie earning salary of 17200.
I got my extension on June 2013 when I was earning 18600 but with all overtime I easily made 23000 in that year
Currently I got promoted as Sous Chef earning salary of 24,500 .

Could anybody guide me that when I apply for ILR what salary is appropriate . I read some code of practice but got confused.
I want to apply for ILR after April 2015 ..
