eea fp for child endorced passport

hi all

i am hoping someone can help me cannot find any info anywhere!!!

i a british and my husband is bangladeshi and we are currently living in portugal. our daughter was born in october and i got her endorced on my husbands bangladesi passport due to british passport taking a minimum of 8 weeks to be ready and i have miss placed my birth cert and that takes another 20 days to come!!!! need to get to uk as my father is ill.


how do i go about applying for an eea fp for my husband and daughter? do i need to complete two separate applications or can i just complete one as they have the same passport,,,,,

any advice would be greatly appreciated. its all so confusing. (excuse lack of capitals!)

You will need to to fill in two separate application forms. However you can hand-in the two applications at the same time.

one more question what do i need to put in my supporting letter for my daughter she is 5 weeks old, completed my husbands but stuck on hers!!!
