Appeal EEA

I need some advice please,
I and my husband applied EEA1 and EEA2, but was refused because they said the visited our house and that a neighbour said they haven't seen us for three months and that they are not sure we live there and for that reason they believe that our marriage is of convience. We did ask our neighbour and she said no body asked her any questions she only open the door when they came that's all and that she didn't tell them any such thing that she hadn't seen us.we have lodge an appeal....I just want advice on what documents we should summit to court on this matter.

take a statement from ur neighbor and take them to court to show what immigration officer saying is not true

their oral statement is the middle of ur case if its only the reason of ur refusal
