Any limit on how long my Dependants can stay out of UK?

Hi,

I am on Tier 2 (General) visa i.e. employer sponsored. My wife and son are on Tier 2 Dependant visa. They have gone back home to spend some time with family. Is there any limit on how long they can stay out of UK?

If there is, can you send me any official link for reference please.

Check the ILR application criteria, it will only impact them if you are considering applying for ILR.
To avoid any issues bring them back so residency period criteria is not impacted.
