i plan to go in february to pakistan to get married

i am on esa support group, dla hrc and lm and i get full housing benefit , also i get child benefit and child tax credit. but i have savings under 1000 pounds will this be a problem?

also i have 1 bedroom flat and have applied for 2 bedroom house but on waiting list , will this be a problem ? just read my tenancy its says 3 people can stay here

I assume you have a child living with you...
Technically you could claim that the living room could be used as a bedroom also, but I would suggest you get a property inspection report in addition to your tenancy agreement.

You can only request larger accommodation based on your current household. If you include your husband in the calculation this would be considered as accessing Public Funds. Does your tenancy agreement (I assume with the Council) permit additional residents?

I was on esa and dla and my wife got visa. I was staying with family but you would need to have 114 pounds left over every week after paying bills. befoure you do get married get proof ready tht u are in contact with your spouse

where does the calculation of 114 pounds spare eveyweek, i thought it was based on the amount of income support after my wife comes i will lose the (severe disability premium) so i will get 225 in total for my sea and dla. also i get child tax credit and child benefit for my only son , he has right of abode in the uk

i would like to know i am in receipt of 369 esa every2 weeks , and dla 411 every 4 weeks

does that make me automatically eligible for the adequate maintenence
