FLR(M) Financial requirement

Post by Ineedyouradvice » Sun Sep 21, 2014 4:22 pm

Hello,

I am relying on my sponsor’s finances, who is permanently employed, to meet the financial requirement of £ 18,600 a year. I am also employed in UK but started by job only 4 months ago.

In section 7.3A Income from salaried employment there are two columns you and your sponsor. I believe that if I am relying on my husbands salary to meet the financial requirements and am able to meet the financial requirements on my husbands salary alone then I do not need to fill in any of my details even though I am working.

Would really appreciate your feedback.

Thanks!

Yes,you only need to fill in the financial details of your sponsor if you're relying on his income.

Dear Exps,

I will be submitting my wife's FLR (M) application shortly and looking for help on the following scenario.

will I be able to satisfy £18600 requirement, if I am using 6 months salary slips on part time (£700 x 6 Months = 4200) and dividend of £5000? projecting total income of £186000 from the company accounts for the whole year?

or I will strictly have to show £1550 x 6 months ?

Thanks in advance.
