Need a quick advice please.

Post by Coolkidd » Tue Dec 02, 2014 12:25 am

Hi Everyone, I just wanted to ask all the gurus on here a quick question about my Visa, I was issued my Spouse visa last year Feb 2013 and it will expire on Feb 2015 however due to the fact that my application took a while to be completed. we moved from the house which we received the application to my in laws house while looking for a new accommodation. Ww stayed there for about 5 month in my inlaws house and i started working in August of 2013 however my wife changed her letters to her parents house while i was still redirecting all my letters from the old house. my Questions is regarding the documentation.... Firstly, my wife changed her letters to her parenta address while I redirect my letters to the same address but still has my old address on it for a while until August 2013 when we found a new room to rent. How do we combine the documents together in the first year since it is from different address and we don't have much documents to show we live my in laws house. I'm very confused right now with the documents and can any one advice me on this please.

I'm applying for set m after completing 2 years and my application is based on the old rules.

Your reply will be highly appreciated.

I don't think anyone has got standard answer to your question tbh. I'll suggest you book same day application, go with your spouse, if you've got baby, take the baby along, they can ask you any question on the spot and you can explain yourself better.
Going with your family will remove any doubt in my opinion.

Thank you for your reply. We don't have a children yet and I don't think we can get any premium services as all the next few months is booked. My best bet is to go for postal application even though have has horrible services with it in past. I'm thinking of writing a letter with our application and stated the problem and get a letter from my in-laws house for allowing us to stay in their home. While we are looking for some.

Yes all you can do is write a letter to explain.
As for PEO appointments, if I remember rightly you cannot book more than 6 weeks ahead so appointments for end of Jan/Feb may not be up yet.

Thank you very much your reply. I also wanted to ask some questions regarding English test. I have done the test before but I heard you do not need to repeat the test again since am applying for Leave to remain from spouse visa FLM and I did an English test. Can someone please clarify this for me because a friend of mine who did precious test was granted 2 years rather than ILR which confusing because I have read it on one of the link of the UKBA. Can anyone clarify please and please.
