Tier 2 Applicant - Dependants

Post by saif.mulla » Mon Dec 08, 2014 12:38 pm

Hi,

I am applying for a Tier - 2 (ICT) VISA from India and have my Certificate of Sponsorship (COS) already issue. My wife is pregnant is 8 moths and we plan to have our first child in India. My wife would be making an application along with me but travelling at later date but in case of the unborn child we do not have any documents to furnish for the expected baby to be added in the application.
So is it possible to get a dependent VISA for the new born at a later stage or do we need to declare the same at the time of application of the VISA.

Regards,

Saif

You can do it later for him/her once the baby is born. You will need the birth certificate for applying for the baby.

Since you are from India, the below processes required for Passport application while you're away

Any suggestions I make in the forum are out my personal experience and should not be taken as a legal/professional advise.
