Studnet to HSMP Dependent Switch

can someone please point me the direction for the form that would be used for a turkish national currently in the UK on a student visa- wanting to switch to a HSMP dependent visa? (going be to married soon- know about COA requirement).

thanks in advance for help for my friend.

thank you for the referral. i have look through the website. and i can't find what form a HSMP Dependent would use.

any additional insight would be most appreciated.

since the HSMP is already in the UK...

would the dependent use the FLR(HSMP) to apply to be added as a dependent?
