This must be a very basic question, but somehow i could not find the answer in any exisiting posts. Sorry if this seemed repeated.
I came to UK in Feb 2014 on ICT-T2 long term along with my family. My plan is to eventually get an ILR if possible.
My current employer is a registered T2G sponsor has outsourced me to another company here in UK. CoS is on this outsourced company name. My original employer is willing to sponsor my T2-G visa. However, we are not sure if cooling off period will apply to me if I have to make the switch and whether that switch (T2-ICT to T2-G) is even possible. Please let me know.
Another question is, if my wife got a job and a sponsor for T2-G, can I then make a switch to another company without the cool off period?
