Looking for Tier 2 sponsorship in next 60 days

Hi,

A friend of mine currently on tier 2 visa has had this removed from his employer and now has 60 days to find a new role. I have seen on this forum that many people have managed to switch tier 2 visas or get roles with companies who offer this. I would like some suggestions of companies who are willing to sponsor tier 2 and of those who were successful- how did they go about in finding a new role.

Any help will be greatly appreciated as this is quite a deseparate situation.
