FLR IED - Police registration certificate

Post by maneji » Mon Sep 03, 2007 8:47 pm

Hi,

I am working in UK on work permit. I am in process to make my application for FLR IED. With regard to this application form, I have these questions:

1) Should I need to register with the Police as application form asks for police registration certificate. If YES what is the process for it.

2) I do not have any birth certificate. Can I use my National ID card or Passport as a proof of my birth.

3) What is meant by " date of leave expire". Is it my visa expiry date or my current work permit expire date. Please note that my visa expiry date does not match with my current work permit expiry date.

Hoping yo hear soon,

Many thanks
Mane

What nationality are you? This will decide whether you need to register with the police or not.

You should be okay with a passport.

I don't understand this question. Is it asking date of expiry of current leave?

Thanks Victoria,

1) I am Pakistani National. Should I need to get Police registration certificate ?
3) Yes I am asking about 'date of expiry of current leave'. Is it visa expiry date or work permit expiry date.

Thanks

Current leave means VISA expiry, not work permit expiry.

Pakistani nationals do not need to register with the police as far as I am aware.
