Which Rules will effect when I have applied for ILR

Dear All,
I am currently on Tier 2 General visa and going to apply for Indefinite leave to remain under 10 years rule. Now my question is once I have applied and I received confirmation, which rules will apply on me Tier 2 General visa or ILR?
I wanted to leave the my current employer as soon I have applied for Indefinite, can I work for other employer or not?

Before you receive a final decision on ILR, you will still have to abide by Tier 2. After that, it is your call to continue working for your current employer or to seek a new job with any other employer.
