Work Permit Extension

My employer is applying for my work permit extension. I was issued with a work permit in October 2003 for a 4 year period and this WP will expire in October 2007. I still need a year extension to qualify for the ILR in 2008.

My salary has not changed since the previous application, but I am paid petrol allowance and a substantial bonus.

What are the chances of the work permit being extended if the salary has remained the same as 4 years back?

The role has remained the same. Its just that the salary was never increased as I have been paid bonuses.

Should have no problem at all as long as your doing the same job.
