Hello,
I was with work permit from Dec 2006 and moved out of the UK in Nov 2009. Then returned to the UK in Sept 2010 on Tier-2 ICT (COS) Long Term Visa (Visa was after April 2010) and have it valid (through continuous extensions) till Feb 2016. My children (2) are born in the UK. Can someone please help, suggest and guide what are the options for ILR and how can I proceed with it?

You are eligible to apply for ILR now. Please look into posts here for details; there are quite a lot in this forum.
