PBS diff from HSMP???

PBS diff from HSMP???

For HSMP, if you are 29 and below you get 20 points, but in the command paper for the new PBS, for 28-29 you are gonna get only 10,

So for those who are aged 28-29, you now have to earn 29-32k as opposed to 23-26 as per HSMp requirements.
