Eligibility

Post by abc111 » Tue Dec 16, 2014 8:18 am

Hi
My wife moved in UK in 2011 as my dependant (point based immigrant for Work permit and Tier 1 visa). She has been here for around 3.5 years. I got my naturalisation in october this year (2014) and passport this month. I am wondering if she is eligible for naturalisation?!

We both got ilr last year (2013) in June. therefore she hold ilr for around 1.5 years. Last year her absences are only 20 days off uk.

Please suggest if she is eligible?

Thanks.

2. length of time she has held ilr is around 1.5 years!

Thanks.

She has to have been resident for the last 3 years, hold ILR and be married to BC.
I am sometimes wrong.
