Running out of time.

A collegue of mine and me sent our application at about the same time. his was 2 days before mine in the middle of Jan 04. Two weeks later he receives his approval letter.

Okay mine was sent back because me the little idiot singed the credit card thing as 31 Dec 04 as suppose to 31 Dec 2003. Got the whole application back but they took the copy of my passport (notary copy). I send them the application with the correct dates. They deducted the HSMP fees on the 17th Feb.

I went over to the UK in Middle March to see the place and have a holiday there. It turned that a few prospective employers wanted to chat with me, so I went to see them. Eventually I get a job offer. And the employer want me to start on 26 April (or even earlier). I contacted the HSMP team last week and they told me that will take another 3 weeks before my application would get assinged to a case worker or I can apply for urguent treatement. I faxed them a letter from my prospective emloyer stating the urguency of this matter.

Do you think I will make in good time ?

What u have done is perfect ? If your employer is with u then i dont think there is anything to worry.Just wait they will return it in time.If u'r fax has reached them then they will give high priotity than other applications.Did they receive the fax?
