EU countries allowing Indian dentist to work

Hi All,

I know every country has different requirement when it comes to practising dentistry.

I would like to know, what EU countries allow Indian dentist to work (without requiring additional education or language requirement, other than English)?

My cousin has a BDS from India, he is fluent in English and interested in immigrating to Europe (Western Europe to be specific) but has very little willingness to learn a new language (like Hungarian or Swedish) and wouldn't like to go to university again (He is a practising dentist India for last 12 yrs already) . One / two odd exams of the country to test his knowledge is OK by him, he is willing to undergo such test, if any.

Can anyone please suggest EU countries which would allow him to work?
