A friend has a problem. Tier 4 expired and has made a application on FLR(O) on medical grounds which is still pending consideration. no decision has been taken.

In the meantime she has an employer who is willing to give work permit. The degree she has is from overseas approved by NARIC. Can she apply from UK

The answer is yes but RLMT must be undertaken and the role has to be at NQF6.
The likely success of achieving this is low because of your friends immigration history. Soon as the FLR(o) card gets played things are never the same as it is a huge credibility killer.
