HELP! OUR APPLICATION NOT IN DUBLIN

So we been waiting 6 weeks for my wifes visa which was sent to embassie in singapore by the jakarta hon conulate. we heard nothing back after 6 weeks and was told it been sent to dublin because my wife application been made more complicated by her previous uk refusal, so i email dublin with her ref number to find out what is going on and the guy wrote me an email saying they have no recieved her application yet....


what should we do ? we so worried as we been waiting 6 weeks and seems like our application is lost?

Well you should contact the consulate again and tell them what you have been told by Dublin, also mention that as its a treaty rights application its supposed to be an expediated process. Also send an email to solvit.

Also because it under treaty rights a refusal by another state is irrelevant. Again put this in an email to solvit for their opinion

thank you for your reply, yeah i plan to contact the singapore embassy and consulte here to find out exactly where this application is gone and because now it is hit 6 weeks I also felt the same that i will have to email solvit for the time it is taking. they are really stressing me out over this because my visa may or may not get extended again but either way we have to fly myself and my wife back to other side of indonesia now to try extend my visa so we going to lose more money and more waiting time. they really do not understand the stress and strain this can put on people. I just hope solvit can help but i get the feeling its either still being processed in singapore or its stuck the post if it has indeed been sent to dublin.
