Market Test --Switching employers in Tier 2

I am on a Tier 2 sponsored visa and before that was on a PSW visa. I am about to get a new job and my new employer is going to sponsor me as well. I have a Masters and a PhD, both earned in the UK.
Am I exempt from the Resident Labour market test?

not unless your new job is on the shortage occupation list or your salary will be £153.5k or more
