Fly without visa risks?

Post by robsters » Wed Dec 24, 2014 7:09 am

I know there entire thread on it but our situation is we been delayed with our visa if airline would let us board the plane how likely is it my wife would get entry into ireland without a visa? we want to visit my family for xmas if we said this and showed the marriage document could my wife get a visa on a spot or would she simply get deported? how high is the risk?

No chance you would be allowed to board a plane, they wont allow it because they would face a big fine.

Unfortunately, it's the same as a plane. They'll check for a visa before letting you board.

Possibly if you had your own boat you could try sailing into an EU port. I think the best bet would be to try convince the immigration officer at a land border crossing, but based on this map your wife (Moroccan passport?) would need a visa for all adjacent countries.

Nope she indonesian, I just said morroco as u can get boats from there to ireland. she can travel to Turkey so i thought about a land border crossing into Greece but given the political situation at the moment with terrorism this idea could be to crazy? if we did it how likely is she to get accesss into greece?

I have no idea, my guess is that the chances are low. Also your wife will probably not be able to get a Schengen/UK/Irish visa from Turkey, but only from the countries where she is resident.
