Baby Born in UK ICT Short Term--URGENT

Post by aspirant910 » Mon Dec 22, 2014 5:55 pm

I am on ICT tier 2 visa (ST) and have been blessed with baby in November. Now , my visa is getting expired on 21st March and I have to return back to my home country i.e India .
I need information regarding what exact documents I need to make sure safe UK exit and entry in India.
Do I need dependent Visa for baby ? as I am exiting in March and most probably will not return back to UK for few months .
Do baby need India Passport for Entry in India ?
I am running out of time as his birth certificate has spelling mistake and it will take a month to get it rectified. :(

Kind Regards,
ASP

Baby will need a passport to travel.
Baby will need leave to enter/remain, if returning to the UK.

Thanks Vinny,
Just to be clear as my visa is getting expired in March and I would not be entering in UK with same visa therefore, as per my understanding the baby can exit UK without having dependent visa as he is not intended to return back on the same visa.

There's no requirement for a UK born child to apply for leave to remain. Hence, there is no requirement for baby to have leave when exiting the UK.
