Asylum case please reply

I apply for asylum january 2014,no reply from home office for interview,going to a year now,...now i want to apply for permission to work in january 2015 since is going to be a year i made my asylum application,i want to know how long will they take to respond to that one,and also my duaghter will be 7 years in january 2015,im considering applying for the 7 years concession,while im still waiting for my asylum case,please i need a reply on how to go on with this,is taking too long and i dont know my stand

I applied for work permission in august 2014 and granted in 25 October 2014.if ur child spent 7 yers in uk u can make child application but u need to get legal advise from a lawyer

no zee its only for limited jobs,i cant apply for any govt job ,engineering ,and some professional jobs
