can i apply for eea4 now

HI GUYS
I need some advice and i would apprecite your help......
i will make the story short and i will adress the main point ....

i have been working in the uk since i arrived here in 2006 ..
after my wife divorcing me in januarey 2014 i been able to retain my right of residence and i got another 5 year of Rc which its valid until 2019 ( i didnt use eea4 as my ex she had gap in her eplyment for 2 year ).....

so my ex wife was working for 3.5 years prior to divorce

so my qustion is :
do i have to work for another 1.5 years or i can i apply from now for my permananet RC ????

please help

You need 5 years which would consist of 3.5 years of your wife treaty rights before divorce + 1.5 years of your employment after divorce. So sometime in mid 2015.

I still.have her employment paper work covering
Her 3.5. But I don't have her id or passport
Do you think this can be a problem or her id it's
Not need its just her employment document??

They should have a record of her ID or passport on file from your previous successful applications.
