U.K Dependent Visa Extention

Hi

I’m on British Citizen dependent visa and staying with my spouse since last year but we are staying in a shared accommodation.

I’ve my visa renewal soon, since it’s a shared accommodation we do not have a separate council or utility bills in our name or the house agreement (it’s from private owner not through agency). I do not have any documents to show that we are staying together except my bank statement.

Can someone please advise is there any risk or any other evidence I can provide to prove that we are staying together.

Hi Experts,

I’m on a dependent visa of a British citizen(my wife) and my visa renewal/extension is due soon. But my wife is on maternity leave and will not be working during my visa renewal time. So since I will have to show her past 6 salary statement and bank statement … as a financial proof but she is not working about for a year(she was paid 6 months as per Govt standard and following 6 months she will not be paid but still be employed) so will that going to cause any problem?

I’m a full time employee so can my salary statement and bank statement will be considered in this situation?

Can someone please advise?

Regarding co-habitation accommodation, see also form FLR(M) or SET(M) for what they expect.

Your salary may also be included to satisfy Appendix FM-SE.
