ILR CONTINOUS PERIOD

Hi dear,
Please help me, I am currently on tier 2 work permit and am due for ILR application in june 2015
I transferred from a student visa to work permit in june 2010. However, I left my first employer 31st of march 2012, I applied for a new work permit in May 2012 and I was issued the new work permit in 30th June 2012. I started work with my current employer 5th of July 2012.
During the gap in employment I was working as a part time weekend locum (self employed) in the same occupation not more than 10 hours per week.
My question is that will I still be eligible to apply for ilr in June 2015, my current leave to remain expires 20th of may 2015.
Please your response will be very much appreciated.
