Tier2 ICT Long Term Dependent

Hi,
This is regards to my wife who is on Tier2 ICT long term dependent visa and she is currently in India for maternity since last 7 months.

Please advise is there any issue while re-entering UK after 7 months with this Visa?

Visa Validity till 01-Nov-2015

Thanks. Hope there is no such rule that person not staying more than 6 months in the country will create problem while re-entering back on same visa?
