EEA 3 Application- Please help

Hello,

I am an EEA/Austrian citizen living in the UK for more than 6 years. I would like to apply for Permanent residency document. I am not sure if Home office will refuse my application. Please find below a short summary of my last 5 years residency:
2010- I worked until December (less than a year) then I lost my job then I applied for JSA due to sudden job loss.
2011- from January I received JSA for 7 months
2011 after 7 months in August I went on holiday for a month. When I came back I was self sufficient for 10 months. My father and uncles helped me financially. I was looking for job during that time however not claimed any benefit. I was already registered with NHS when I was working so I didn't apply for comprehensive sickness insurance during self sufficient period.(this is the time I am worrying about)
Since July 2012 I am working full time and I have my pay slips and p60.
Please let me know if I am still eligible to receive Permanent residency.
