Hello honourable board athelets,
Does the court voluntarily informs ukba the reasons of divorce especially relating to where EU national saying that the marriage was for documents but non-eu national just accepted only because non-eu national don't want to make the divorce as defended rather an easy??

Well not really, but if that fact become known to UKBA, and it become known that it was never contested by you, then it will be a logical deduction, that it was a fact that you accepted, and it may undermine you ability to secure retention of residence, as it will be clear that the marriage was undertake for the sole purpose of securing EU residency rights.

It will be clear that you never contested it, so it must have been a claim which is correct.

But how about the other facts that marriage lasted for the last 3 years and both partners financially help each other, organize holidays, lived together then still that fact can affect.

Court will never leak that information which is quite confidential and is only among court and both parties. Even data protection can prevent in doing so. A marriage of convenience after 2-3 years where both partners living in same countries not even same roof can never be proved so easily. But if that reason includes in divorce petition usually come under unreasonable behaviour then accepting it to avoid from defended divorce cannot affect at all.
