14 years illegal, i apply permanent residence in uk

Hi, i speak french, my English is not fluent

i stay in uk since 2000 so 14 years. i was refugee from chad, i apply for asylum. but Home Office refuse my case.
but my partner of 10 years, but not living together, is French original, and British Nationality.
because i met my partner, when i was already deal with the asylum, we did not have good advise.
now my partner want to support my home office case to grand me permanent residence in the uk , base of his french passport.
what can i do, and what document to me and my partner have to provide to the Home Office to consider my application, and where to find a free advice and cheaper solicitor, we have one, and he need 700 pound.

You might have fallen under the legacy case category.

You should have kept in contact with the UKVI.

Have you got a child with this French Lady.

You cannot qualify under her french citizenship, as she is also a British Citizen.

Well are you married to you partner.

As you partner is British and French, he will not be able to use his French Citizenship to sponsor you, unless he revokes his British Citizenship.

It will be hard for you to succeed without a child, as you have no leave to remain.

As you have been a ling time asylum seeker, you could write to the UKVI and ask why you case was not considered und er the legacy program.

i am not qualify for legal cases the HO said to me why.

te Home office can consider my case, in the base of private life,
